I went out to the country for a few days.

I have some close friends who live in Deadwood and they asked me to hang with their cats for a few days.

Sorry for the lack of content lately, I’ve been going through some pretty big changes in my life and it’s been difficult to keep up with things on the internet.

It was really nice to get out of town for a while, I love Deadwood, I think it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been.

One of my goals for my trip to Deadwood was to play some music and perhaps even record some. I think I may have been a little overly ambitious.

I did play a lot of music and it was so nice sitting on my friend’s porch and listening to nothing but the sound of the leaves dancing in the wind in between playing songs and working on new ones.

I went for a long walk yesterday and just soaked up the sights and sounds of nature.

My friend left me a card that simply said: “Every thing will be all right.”

Sometimes I feel like a very blessed person.
